How Do I?

Get rebates

The Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation Agency (BAWSCA) offers multiple water conservation rebate programs to help you use water efficiently indoor and outdoor.

Register for a class

Learn how to garden beautifully while reducing your water use. BAWSCA’s Landscape Education Classes are designed to introduce homeowners, commercial property managers, landscape service providers, and others to the concepts of water-efficient and sustainable landscaping.

Get water supply info

The cities, water districts and private utilities represented by the Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation Agency (BAWSCA) rely upon the San Francisco Regional Water System system for water to protect the health, safety and economic well being of 1.8 million citizens, businesses and community organizations.

Get meeting packets

The Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation Agency (BAWSCA) Board of Directors meets on the third Thursday of every other month, beginning in January, at 6:30 p.m. at a location central to the three-county district, and not necessarily the same location each month.

Get annual survey data

Each year, BAWSCA conducts an annual survey of its members in order to update key BAWSCA service area information including population, current and projected water use, and climatology.

Get reports & documents

BAWSCA has the authority to coordinate water conservation, supply and recycling activities for its agencies; acquire water and make it available to other agencies on a wholesale basis; finance projects, including improvements to the regional water system; and build facilities jointly with other local public agencies or on its own to carry out the agency’s purposes.
