BAWSCA administers a Home Water Use Reports Program to enable participating member agencies to develop and deliver individual household water use reports to their customers. The Home Water Use Reports program uses data analytics and behavioral science techniques to provide customized water comsumption information, messagin, and water saving recommendations. The objective of the program is to motivate customers to improve water use efficiency through changes in behavior or adoption of more water efficient technology by increasing customer awareness of household water usage when compared to peers.
The Home Water Use Reports program is offered to BAWSCA member agencies on a subscription basis. BAWSCA member agencies interested in offering this program to their customers can contact the BAWSCA Water Conservation Staff for more information.
